Creative Connections

Jossie built Creative Connections Luberon in 2021 to connect, support, and empower entrepreneurial and creative women in the region. The enthusiastic and dynamic community of 100+ members and over 25+ nationalities continues to grow with a focus on open minds, curiosity, and collaboration.

Examples of the monthly bilingual workshops:

  • Gentle winter hike with a speed dating exercise led by a leadership development facilitator. Goal: learn to articulate needs, ask for help, and delegate when possible.

  • Brand strategy exercises by Brand Strategy Consultant at a local domaine for culinary experiences. Goal: get to the foundation of brand work by defining our brand advocate, in order to know who we’re talking to and how to make sure they’re our biggest fan.

  • Reflective session in a charming, historic chateau on a family-owned winery. Goal: create vision boards for aspirations in work and life in a group setting.

Workshops emphasize goals and challenges, tools for growth, and opportunities to connect in a safe, supportive space.

Unique Experiences + Professional Workshops

Instill has produced several experiences for a 20-person luxury retreat client focused on interior design and antiques. One day included the highlight of one of their trips. Instill designed a morning in a private antique warehouse with a regionally-acclaimed expert. After treasure hunting, guests were invited to dine on the family’s private property of a local biodynamic winery. The visit was during the vendange, the grape harvest season, so their hosts welcomed the guests, sharing the history of the land, wine, and family and the significance of this time of year for wine-making. The group feasted on a family-style meal of seasonal dishes by a local caterer, accompanied by the estate’s wines, with the tablescape and decor designed by a local antique shop, and a stunning view. The guests shared that it was an unforgettable fairytale experience in this extraordinary place, with incredible regional artisans and entrepreneurs making them feel at home.

Strategy Consulting & Project Management

Instill offers project and events management services for international businesses planning their presence at global conferences in the region. From the Luberon, Aix-en-Provence, and Marseille to Cannes and Nice, Instill provides the bilingual logistical support and strategic insights needed for your goals to be met and your team to shine.

In 2023 and 2024, Instill organized a 150-person day-long climate summit during Cannes Lions, as well as productive networking events of 50-100 people, and on-site team logistics for activations and operations support to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for the client’s team.
